Role Description:
As the Project Manager, Electrician, you will ensure the seamless execution of various projects, taking responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget management, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. You’ll play an important role in maintaining vendor relationships and contributing to overall success of the organization. In addition, you will provide technical expertise and support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment across diverse locations.
- Participating in the installation of airfield navigational aids, weather systems, and communication equipment.
- Conducting calibration and troubleshooting of electronic equipment, with an emphasis on electrical diagnostics.
- Contributing to the formulation of project-related documentation and reviewing engineering plans.
- Ensuring project teams adhere to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Communicating project plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
- Swiftly resolving any challenges that arise during the project.
- Building and managing strong relationships with multiple teams.
- Overseeing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports for evaluation.
Your Qualifications:

Your qualifications include:
- You are an Electrician, possessing an Electrical Technologist/Technician diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent. Red Seal is an asset but not required.
- Fundamental electrical proficiency.
- Years of project management/operations experience.
- Strong time management and adaptable to changing environments and timelines.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to travel both nationally and internationally.
